President accords assent to the Finance Bill 2012
President Asif Ali Zardari today assented to the Finance Bill 2012 to give effect to the financial proposals of the government for the financial year beginning 1st July, 2012 and to amend certain laws.
Spokesperson to the President Senator Farhatullah Babar said that the President signed the bill after receiving the advice of the Prime Minister.
The Finance Bill was passed by the National Assembly on the 14th June, 2012.
