President calls PM and congratulates him on PPP candidate's victory in by-elections
President Asif Ali Zardari has called Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani congratulating him on the victory of PPP candidate, Mr. Usman Bhatti in the by-elections of PP-194 in Multan.
The President during his telephonic conversation said that the win is a demonstration of confidence of the people in PPP and recognition of your leadership.
"The people of PP-194 have given their verdict in the favour of the Party and the PM.&qout; The President said.
He said that the verdict of the people was weightier than any other verdict.
The President asked the PM to conveyed his felicitation to Mr. Usman Bhatti and to the local Party leadership for successfully organizing the election campaign.
The President also said that he was confident that PPP will always emerge victorious in the court of the people.
Prime Minister thanked the President for the felicitation.
