Restoration of law and order in Karachi priority of government: President
ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari said that restoration of complete law and order and protection of lives and property of citizens in the metropolitan city of Karachi was the priority of the government and no comprise would be made in this regard. He directed that all law violators be brought to book regardless of any consideration for their affiliations, if any. He made these statements during his meeting with a delegation comprising of Sindh Cabinet members at the Aiwan-e-Sadr on May 4, 2012. The delegation included Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah, Agha Siraj Khan Durrani, Nawabzada Mir Nadir Ali Khan Magsi, Syed Murad Ali Shah, Jam Saifullah Khan Dharejo, Jam Mehtab Hussain Dahar and Shazia Marri.
