President Zardari for urgent steps to address missing persons' issue
ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari stressed for urgent steps to address the issue of missing persons in coordination with all the relevant departments. During the President's meeting with Chief Minister Balochistan Nawab Aslam Khan Raisani at the Aiwan-e-Sadr on May 4, 2012, the issue of missing persons, law and order situation and development projects in the province were discussed. Spokesperson to the President Senator Farhatullah Babar said that the President also enquired about the progress on investigations in the case of Khalil Dale, a representative of International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) who went missing from Quetta in January 2012 and his body was found recently.
