President summons NA to meet on June 22, 2012
ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari has summoned the National Assembly to meet in the Parliament House, Islamabad, at 05:30 pm on June 22, 2012 in exercise of powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 54 of the Constitution. The parliament session has been convened to elect a new leader of the house, after the disqualification of Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani by the Supreme Court on June 19, 2012. This meeting was announced by President Zardari on June 20, 2012.
